Did not receive a one time password (OTP) ?

If you are trying to log in and did not receive a one-time code via SMS, you can try the option to receive it via phone call.

For SMS, it is possible that your phone number is blocking promotional messages. The process to unblock these messages varies by network. For example, you can unblock promotional messages by dialing *456*9*5*5*1# on Safaricom. After unblocking, try logging in again.

If the above solution does not work for you, you can try the following steps:

  • Check if your phone number is correct and active.
  • Ensure that your phone has network coverage and is not in airplane mode.
  • Contact your service provider to confirm if they are experiencing any issues with their network.
