Why did I not get an M-PESA prompt when trying to top up?
When topping up your Onit account using M-Pesa, you will receive a prompt from Safaricom. If you did not get this prompt, it could be due to an older SIM card or an outdated M-Pesa menu.
To update your M-PESA menu, follow the steps below to update your menu:
- Go to your SIM toolkit on your phone.
- Select M-PESA.
- Select My Account.
- Select Update Customer Menu.
- Enter your M-PESA PIN.
- Restart your device and try to top up again.
